Please read through our terms and conditions, especially our cancellation and missed appointment policy before booking any treatments, thank you.

If you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment please ensure you do this within 24 hours otherwise a 50% cancellation charge will be made. Therefore any appointments made for Tuesday must be cancelled on the Saturday before the time of your Tuesday appointment. This is normal practice within the Beauty and Hairdressing industry.

Some treatments are unsuitable for clients who may be pregnant or suffer from certain conditions. If you are at all unsure, please consult your GP before booking appointments. Patch testing is required on certain treatments please ensure this is done 24 hours prior to the treatment.

We regret that we cannot accept cheques, credit and debit cards under £10 due to business bank charges. Please ensure you know your PIN number if you wish to pay by credit or debit card.
